“It is with deep pain that the Ukrainian parliament members accept the news of numerous human casualties in the result of explosion on the fertilizer plant in Texas,” the telegram reads.
On behalf of the people’s deputies of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveys sincere words of sympathy and support to the bereaved families and wishes quick recovery to the injured.
